Briefing Pack order

The briefing pack is generated with the following sequence:

1. Coversheet

The coversheet is the first component of the briefing pack. It serves as an introductory page containing high-level information about the record.

2. Department Work Products

These are included after the coversheet and are ordered according to the order defined on the record’s form.

3. Endorsements

The endorsements section appears next. It consolidates all endorsement-related details associated with the record.

4. Attachments

Attachments are included as the final component of the briefing pack. Similar to the Department Work Products, attachments are ordered according to the sequence specified on the record’s form.

  • Any changes to the document order on the record’s form will directly influence the sequence of Department Work Products and Attachments within the briefing pack.
