Organizations Levels and Organisations
Configuration Scope: Exportable
This setting is included in configuration exports and will be the same across all environments once the config file is imported.
Overview
Manage Organization Levels and Organizations from their respective tabs.
Edit Organization Levels
- Select the Organization Levels tab
- Next to an Organization Level, select Edit

- Modify the Label or Description
- Toggle Is Required on to make selecting the Organization Level mandatory for the user
- Toggle Is Visible off to hide an Organization Level. Start with Organization Level 3 - once you toggle that off you will be able to control the toggle for Organization Level 2. Organization Level 1 and Organization always remain visible.

Add Organizations

Select the Organizations tab

If no Organization exists, start by clicking Add Organization

- Hover over your newly added Organization to see options
- Select Add next to the desired parent, to create items underneath
Manage Organizations
- From Organizations tab, locate an Organization
- Select Modify next to an item to rename it

- To Delete an item, you must start from the child item first - you cannot delete a parent without first deleting its child item(s)
